Survivors, is this fine?
Would you have an issue going against a killer that camps and tunnel but use no perks, add ons or offerings other than bloodpoints?

Yes. They're camping and tunnelling. It is just so boring to go against and luterally a waste of my time.

Yes. It's pretty much impossible to even safety pip if this happens - for everyone playing - which is just so frustrating. Even more so if you're the unlucky first survivor found.

I definitely think they should find a way to punish camping at least. Tunneling is annoying, but not nearly as toxic feeling as camping.
Perhaps they could just make the survivor take even longer to die on the hook if you just stand around them, that way you have to give up even more generators if you camp.
Camping hurts low ranked players a lot. One of if not the biggest mistake i see lower ranked survivors make, is that when one person is hooked, ALL THREE other survivors try to come to the rescue, even ones on the other side of the map. This is the worst thing you can do as a survivor, and the best way to reward a camping killer. If someone gets hooked, and you are on a generator on the other side of the map, just finish the generator; regardless if the killer is a camper or not. The camping killers will quickly realize that if he camps, he will lose all the gens. If all three survivors come to save one person, the killer has successfully 'delayed' all 4 players from progressing. But if only one person goes for the save, the killer has only delayed two players. If you really notice a killer is camping a hooked player, don't even rescue them at all. I know it sucks for the one player on the hook. But the best thing you can do is punish the killer and just pop all the gens while he wastes time. Trying to go for a save against a camper will just get the unhooked player tunneled on and basically do nothing for your team at all.

This
Only if they aren't in a chase though.

If I had to choose between:
A. A huntress with NoED an Iri Head Hatchet and an Ebony Mori
or
B. A huntress who camps and tunnels
I'd take A over B if A didn't camp and/or tunnel. (Sadly I've faced a combo of the above. Was not Fun)

I honestly don't care what perks or add-ons they're using, but camping and tunnelling is never fun to go up against. I won't write someone off for using a particular build, nor will I take issue with them employing those techniques when necessary to secure a win, but if you camp and tunnel when you could have done neither and still won (in other words, you ruined everyone else's fun for no tactical gain) I'm not going to have a lot of respect for you as a person.

I don't care what a killer is running. If they decide to tunnel and camp and I'm the first 1 down I will auto DC since I'm gonna depip anyway and didn't earn nearly enough bloodpoints to wanna stick around for that shitshow.

Problem is that lower ranks, except smurfs or people who have played SWF with higher ranks, DON'T know about that. It's a sad reality of low ranks.
Campers get rewarded due to lack of knowledge of the game from survivors and rank up because they get kills, and you have lower pip requirements for lower ranks.
I literally got facecamped by a Legion in my first game and one of my first thoughts was "Why did I buy this game?" since I could do nothing and it was super boring to mash A trying to hope that they left. Not a good feeling for new players, but (and I hate to say this....) the devs do actually somewhat encourage it by saying that camping and tunnelling are not punishable offences.
It's also especially prevalent in Wraith and Ghostface players, but that's a playerbase issue and the topic of another discussion that I'll be doing later.
