its time to re look at doctor.
doctors shock is way too spamable to have any relative counterplay. any decent doctor thats good at shock timings has 0 counterplay regardless of how good of a looper you are. range addons make it even harder to dodge just make life hell and now theyre even buffing his addons. why? hes absurd

Counters: drop pallets early and move to the side to avoid his shock. Just because you don't know counters doesn't mean there aren't any.

clearly you dont read. against a doc with good shock timings u cant drop it early. on relatively short loops 1 moonwalk after doing that gets you hit. youre wrong and a sheep

Well then you should try to predict these things. He has loads if counter play and he's only an average killer.

Lockers and calm spirit counter his shocks. Like I said before, drop pallets early. His shock has a short range and takes time to charge, which gives you enough time to drop pallets or move to the side to doge his shock. I've gone against plenty of experienced survivors who have learnt to do these things. It's clear you're not a very experienced survivor.

Ok lets use me as an example, rank one survivor and rank five doctor.
The best way to play against the doctor is to drop pallets early, to run left or right when you see him charging his power OR jump a window/drop a pallet, to run calm spirit if you're so worried about him, to run and not stay at a pallet or window if you're shocked, run dead hard, go in lockers if you're outside of a chase and hear him, try and time when he uses his main shock in your head (once a minutes up play cautious again) and to do gens if you're not in a chase.
I gave you a full paragraph of what you can do against The Doctor. He is completely balanced.

The range add-ons make his shock incredibly slow. If you're having trouble at loops against a range add-on doc idk what to say because he is losing a lot of ground to do that and you should just be running the loop.
