A lot of players would suggest you get Leatherfaces DLC, not for the Killer himself but for his perk BBQ & Chili. BBQ & Chili (at Tier lll) Gives a 100% bonus Blood Points stack when hooking all 4 Survivors at least once, but it's other ability also gives you a 40 meter aura reading for any Survivors outside of the hooked Survivors radius.
This perk is mostly used for grinding, but it's also used in most builds because of it's superb tracking potential in-game. It gives you an aura reading when someone is 40 meters away from the hooked Survivor, so it gives you a general idea of where your next target is, if someone is hiding in a locker to avoid the aura reading, or if someone is inside that 40 meter radius.
Some ideas on other dlc if you're looking for killers to play
ghostface
If you're looking for DLC for specific Killers, than you can try out Ghostfaces DLC as a starter, since he's a solid Mid-Tier Killer for beginners. He's also not too complicated to learn, since his power masks his Terror Radius down to 0 and also can be used to "stalk" one or multiple Survivors, which can be 99%'ed for later. Once they're fully stalked, they're put into the "exposed status effect" which instantly downs them in any health state.
I'll link a guide on Ghostfaces add-ons, power summary, etc, but he's fairly straight forward to learn in-game as well, since his power isn't really complex in terms of how it works, it's almost the same as Michael Myers if you're used to his power, except some things are of course different.
the doctor
Another DLC you can try out is The Doctors DLC. The Doctor recently got a rework to his power and allows him to effectively remove a lot of stealth in-game through his "static blast". His Static Blast of course has a cool-down between uses, but it allows him to discharge an AOE blast that reveals any Survivors within his Terror Radius. His other powers lets him cut off certain loops by shocking Survivors and other neat tricks as well. Try looking him up through some videos if you're interested in his power.
Here's a guide that'll help you learn more about The Doctors powers, his new add-ons that were reworked, etc.
the oni
A solid Killer you might want to try out is The Oni. The Oni's power requires you to work for it at first, but when you're fully charged, you can have a very mobile and damaging power to use! Without going into too much detail, his power works a lot like Hillbillies, except that you can bump into objects without the fear of going into a cool-down, his power can move around loops with ease when navigating with Q (for left) E (for Right) and A and D key-binds. If you're going to use The Oni, make sure to bind Q and E to move left and right in that order above. A and D by default moves side to side, which can be used during his Demon Dash power.
If you'd like more information on The Oni's power, than refer to the video below
Conclusion
Hope this gives you an idea of what to purchase. There are many other DLC's to choose from, but these are some starter DLC's you can choose from if you're looking for a Killer to play.
If you're looking for perks, you can try buying The Plagues DLC for Corrupt Intervention, or The Clowns DLC for Pop Goes the Weasel. Both DLC's help mitigate gen progress and are pretty helpful in their own ways. I'd recommend looking into both of those perks BEFORE buying their DLC's though.

My first instinct is to tell you to get Spark of Madness or The Halloween chapter. They are very solid chapters.
However if you prefer stealthy killers I would suggest:
- Halloween chapter
- Saw Chapter
- Ghost Face
If you like bulky "HEY here I come to kill you" killers I would suggest:
- Stranger Things Chapter
- Cursed Legacy Chapter
The last 2 chapters are the top sellers at this moment on Steam. You could also wait for the new chapter that is coming soon.

It really depends what you value. I'd love to recommend something for you, but it would be easier if we knew what you look for in a DLC.
- Do you play killer, survivor, or a mix of both?
- Does character design (lore, aesthetics) matter to you?
- Are you interested in gameplay of the characters, or do you just want good perks?
- If you play killer, who are your favourite killers and what do you like about them?
- Which DLC, if any, do you already own?

Also, if you like stealth Killers than you should try buying Michael Myers or GhostFaces DLC, they're both mostly centered around stealth and they're pretty solid Mid-Tier Killers as well.
Their powers are quite similar, but once you examine them more thoroughly you'll find that they're quite different in it's approach. Another suggestion would be to try The Pig, since she is also some-what of a stealth Killer as well. Her stealth isn't really her main power, but if you crouch you can reduce your Terror Radius all the way to 0!
Look em up, give it a try, they're pretty fun to play when you get used to them. Being a stealth Killer also grants you a lot of hits, since some Survivors don't know where you'll be or where you're coming from, that's the beauty of stealth!
I'll list some videos below for you to learn more about these three stealth Killers
These videos will tell you all about each of their powers, how they work, what add-ons they have, their unique perks, and even some tips you might want to know when using these Killers!
ghostface
michael myers

If you're interested in killer gameplay and prefer stealth killers like Wraith, I would probably recommend Ghost Face. He's reasonably strong, very sneaky, and his stealth mode doesn't impede his movement or hitting abilities at all. The only disadvantage is that it's possible for survivors to break your stealth if they see you. Also, he's cheaper than other DLCs because there's only one of him.
Alternately, if you would prefer a larger DLC or a different killer, the Halloween or Saw DLCs are also good picks. Both have a lot of solid perks, and the killers are both stealth killers. Myers is faster and generally considered to be stronger than Pig, but Pig is better at stealth overall and has a natural game-slowing ability.
