Finished Tome II Level III but can't access Level IV

As you can see here, I've finished all of Level 3 and activated the Epilogue node.
However, I am unable to activate the Prologue node for Level 4 and start working on those challenges.
I have no idea why this is occurring and I am very confused.

Sorry for the late reply; I managed to fix it by leaving the game and booting it back up.
