Vigil Perk
Since the exhaustion rework, I feel like the Vigil perk isn't as useful as it used to be. Before, it was mostly used to counter exhaustion rather than the other side effects. Therefor, I feel like the perk should be changed to the following;
You look over your friends even in dire situations. You and your allies within a 8 meter range recover from Exhausted, Hemorrhage, Mangled, Hindered and Blindness status effects 15% faster, even when sprinting.
Thoughts? Maybe the effect status could go to 10% opposed to 15% as the perk's main focus is to be able to use the perk while in chase.
