The Quick Draw achievement, a Killer achievement, is unlocking for the Survivor you interrupt

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE
Allow me to elaborate here, so I was playing the game normally and getting my Deathslinger up to P1, the usual. As I was doing this, I was also focusing on the achievements to unlock for Day 1. I unlocked Adept Deathslinger and Zarina a few hours ago, than got the Bound and Downed achievement soon after.
As I was doing this, I noticed that the people I shot off of totems was not going towards the "Quick Draw" achievement, I even noticed that one of these Survivors said "I unlocked that achievement just now" in the chat as well. So it made me wonder, "is a Quick Draws points going towards the Survivors you interrupt?" so... reluctantly I convinced a friend I ran into to help me out and solve this mystery.
We did this on the same totem (he had some points towards it before hand so we didn't do it the entire 10 times), and he unlocked the achievement. Meanwhile, I didn't get a SINGLE point towards the achievement. I even have screenshots to prove this.
As you can see, my friends achievements are shown above. The achievement "Quick Draw" was unlocked about 30 minutes ago as of this posts creation, he was a Survivor, I was a Killer, this is a Killer achievement that he unlocked as a Survivor.
This next screenshot shows that my achievement "Quick Draw" is still not unlocked, no progress was made towards it and it's still not completed. As the Killer this achievement should've unlocked for me, but instead it unlocked for the Survivor I was interrupting?
This last achievement is just to prove we were in a game, and that they didn't get the achievement on their own as The Deathslinger. You can see my immediate confusion and anger about the situation, which I apologize for.
steps to reproduce (if possible)
You can reproduce it by simply shooting a Survivor off the totem with Deathslinger 10 times, but this Bug Report is mostly supposed to highlight the achievement being unlocked for the wrong person in this scenario, which you can read more about above. For context, the achievement was supposed to unlock for me, but the Survivor I was interrupting unlocked it instead...?
how often does this occur
Since the new achievements came out 11 hours ago.
conclusion
I'm ashamed to admit that I technically "didn't play my role as Killer", even though I didn't do this to gain points or anything, I let every Survivor go and got the proof I needed to make this report. This was strictly to get evidence about the issue and report it to the proper sub-forum to get it fixed, that's it.
I apologize for doing this in a LIVE game, but it's an odd issue for an achievement that literally just released...

I can confirm this, as I was getting progress for getting grabbed off totems as a survivor. Does not appear to count if they hit you to down you while cleansing the totem, but being pulled off the totem by the Deathslinger harpoon does appear to count.

Yeah it's an odd bug for sure, I don't exactly understand why the points are going to the Survivor you're doing this to...

I tried last night to make progress towards the achievement playing as Deathslinger. I interrupted 2 survivors with the harpoon but it did not count.

Most likely gave it to the Survivor, as the report explains above.
It's been acknowledged though, so it should be fixed eventually.
