Toolbox inactivating after little use

Since the update on 3/10, when using the tool box... if you miss the skill check, or stop using the toolbox, even if you have 95% of the toolbox left to use. The tool box GRAYS OUT and can no longer be used for the rest of the match.... but the tool box and its accessories still show on the screen, the survivor still holds the tool box. But cannot use it or set it down, nor will it let you pick up new items found in chests...

You now do not lose your item fully, they do not get fully consumed. Add Ons however do not get kept. So survivors will retain their item if they escape the trial even if all of that item has been consumed in a match.
