Hex: No One Escape Death
A Hex rooting its power on hope. You are animated by the power of your Hex Totem when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping. Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is a Dull Totem remaining on the map, this Hex is applied to it.
Each time a Survivor is hooked - gain a 1 token. When survivor is sacrificed - gain 2 tokens. When survivor is killed - gain 1 token.
3 tokens/ 5 tokens/ 8 tokens
While this Hex is active, ―/―/Successful attacks trigger Dying State automatically, cool-downs on successful and missed attacks are decreased by 4/8/8 % and your movement speed is increased by 3/4/4 %.
Self-Care
When survivor stops using Self-Care this will regress the progress of healing by a maximum of 100% over a duration of 30 seconds. If a Survivor resumes to heal the regress will stop.

What are the Tokens for NOED meant to be for?
Self Care idea is pretty neat.

I personally don't see how self care is considered crutch or op, self care wastes survivors time just as much as it would take to find a teammate. A perk like bond or a teammate with empathy is more reliable and helps in more situations. Although I do like your regression idea, who self cares in the terror radius anyway?

For the NOED idea there's already Devour Hope and your idea combines the 2 into 1.
The self care idea has already been discussed but they didn't like how it was testing so they shelved it for now.
