I don't like the way brekable walls are in the game as a Killer

After playing on the new map several times I noticed that brekable walls aren't in killers favour. They are more like thrown pallets that you need to break to get rid of the very good loop. There are some tiles when you try to mindgame someone, but boom youre in the dead end with brekable wall instead of the normal doorway. I was really hoping that new feature would remain as an option. Not as a thing you NEED to break to catch a survivor or eventually bloodlusting him wasting a LOT of time.

I feel the same way. They were supposed to shorten loops but instead you have to break them to even have a loop in the first place.

The only ones I find slightly useful are the ones in the Saloon, since the window takes up time. Beyond that, the rest are just useless and give more advantage to survivors than the killer.

I believe they did say that they don't plan to add them to the new maps until they gather good information and feedback about how it works and was recieved on this new map. Hopefully they will realize that a lot of them (especially in the shorter loops) aren't worth your time, and you will almost never have time to stop and break it. But i would love to see some breakable walls added into some of the really overpowered looping buildings in the game (like the pig corpse barn on the farm).

Either way, the truth is that they will never really be that interesting. If a breakable wall IS good enough to break, the killer is just going to go break it as soon as he sees it to get it out of the way for later, and if it isn't worth breaking, he will never touch it. You are never going to have those moments where you are chasing a survivor and then go "AHA, i can break this wall and get you!"

The breakable wall next to the open door on killer shack has to be my personal favourite...

I wonder how many band aids they get through in a year!
