[Bug] Game thinks killer disconnects when in fact i get the matchmaking penalty and "disconnect"

Hello everyone! i have this new issue where i get a message like this and my game thinks the killer disconnects , "HOST DISCONNECTED" CHAT OFFLINE. When this happens it is not my connection because 1. I never have this issue on any other game and 2. it thinks the killer disconnected at first, but i get the matchmaking penalty and i can see the killers perks mid match! So if anyone knows the fix to this bug please let me know, I still want to play the game.
