Boil Over Visual Bug

In a public match the boil over perk from the killer pov kept popping up in the bottom right every time I picked up a survivor even though only one of them had it.

I think how I got this glitch to work was I picked up the person with boil over first and the perk icon started popping up every time I picked up the survivor.

This happend to me on PS4 so I hope guys can look into it.
