Easy Fix for the Legacy lost for at least one character (not more unfortunalely)

Just create a form were the user can place his steam id.

devs can just go and ceck if the achievement corrispond and the player is entitled to the legacy.

Than depending on the achievement dates the player can have 1-2-3 legacy on one character of his choice.

It does not fix the problem for ppl who had all characters with legacy3 but at least is something...

    People have been saying this since day 1, they won't ever give legacy back.
