Unable to hide chat in the online lobby.

Description: The button to hide the chat is blocked by the ping counter.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start your search for a match for the Survivor.
- Wait for the search to complete and go to the online lobby.
- Try clicking the hide chat button.
- This button will not be active because it is blocked by the ping counter.
Occurs on: PC.
