Not able to do anything after being affected by Nemesis

I am not sure if this is a glitch that can be reproduced, but the situation was as follows:
- Playing Jane.
- The killer was the Oni.
- On new map.
- Used a firecracker to blind the killer as he picked up a downed survivor.
- It blinded him, giving me the "killer blinded" bloodpoints and giving me the oblivious/obsession effect from Nemesis.
- I get hit by Oni.
- I cannot interact with anything, i.e. throw down pallets.
- I get knocked down and cannot wiggle, and get hooked and cannot attempt escape.
- When I am saved I can't move at all.
- When hooked again, struggling on the hook works but the prompt is stationary.
- I died on that hook, so I don't know if I would be able to move again.
