Escaping as a survivor with item, addons and White Ward equipped, causes addons not to be returned. Addons are lost, but item is not lost.

This is not a bug, add ons are no longer kept when a Survivor escapes until they are running the perk Ace in the Hole - the White Ward protects against loss of items & add-ons when a Survivor dies, not when they live.
