Basement bug is back

The basement bug is back where if you get hooked your screen turns grey and your falling.
Platform is xbox
My friend got hooked in the basement on father's chapel (basement was in killer shack and she got hooked in the back) and her screen turned grey and she was falling, and it got fixed when the killer hit her and hooked her again.
1.Go to father cambells chapel
2.get hooked on the farthest hook from the entrance to the basement
3.boom.
Not many times it occurs but it will sometimes.
