Dying survivor has no sound.

- Description of the issue : Sometimes dying survivors don't utter any voices. Today, I've played as Wraith and stood on a dying survivor (Kate) but I couldn't hear any sounds. I had heard her voices until she was downed. This bug is existing for a while.
- Steps to reproduce : I don't know the necessary conditions.
- How often does this occur : Not so frequent.
