Disconnect from Host / Time Penalty

After Partie Loadingscreen i stand in game. the next i see was "Disconnected from Host"(screenshot 1. My Teammate says, that me was not shown as disconnected (screenshot 3. It seems i were in the partie either. But the first screen shows the Endresult with Killer disconnected. My Teammate could play further in the partie. For the "not my fault" Disconnect i get a Time Penalty for 15 Minutes(see screenshot 2)
