Key has more reading boosters than reading addons

Description: The key has 3 addons that require another addon to have any function, which is add 10/15s to the key use, and increase the range of the reading ability. The key has no inherent reading ability so you need another addon to use these. The reading addons are for short/long range survivor, and for killer. These are yellow/green/purple. While the boosters are brown/yellow. This means that you get more of the time/range boosters than you do of the items that are required to make use of them.
Steps:
- Go through the bloodweb and count how many brown/yellow time/range boosters are offered vs how many of the reading ability addons there are.
