really simple to reproduce,
if you get stunned while you shot and have the missed shot movement speed, once you recover from the stun you will go at the same speed until you reload, doing an attack doesn't revert the speed, but reloading does, so you'll go at the reload/missed shot movement speed until you reload. easy to fix but it makes you waste some time if you didn't plan to reload directly
