Purchased Chapter Not Showing Up

I decided to purchase the full Chains Of Hate chapter. Despite the thanks for buying it, when in-game the killer and survivor are still locked and appear as “available” in the store.

It appears this way with both Zarina and Caleb.


This issue is on PS4, by the way.

    I did forget to mention; I did try restarting Dead By Daylight multiple times, with no success.
