Lightweight to Lessen/Eliminate Footstep Sound

The idea would be to have Lightweight lessen or eliminate the sounds the audio running and walking make.
This could be expanded into the sound make walking through grass and the like as well.
Just an idea to add to the steal world and give lightweight some more love. It also almost makes more sense in regards to the actual name of the perk.
