Cannibal can not enter some basements with chainsaw

Platform: Ps4

If you try to enter a basement with a floor above it like in the Coal Tower map with a chainsaw it will just stun you in a tantrum. This is very annoying when I'm actually about to down 2 survivors with my chainsaw because they are going up the stairs but I just enter a tantrum and they go right past me.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Spawn in coal tower with cannibal
  2. Go to the basement (bug will not work if it spawns in killer shack i think)
  3. Use chainsaw
  4. Try to go down the stairs.
