WHY NOT FENG TOO???

I've seen that so many of the main hair of the characters have an animation (movement!), except for Feng's main hair, which looks like a helmet when you put them... I know this topic will seem a little irrelevant, but if the doctor's aesthetic has improved, I was wondering... why not Feng's too???
