NOED exposed status bug

Issue: There was no SFX / VFX / status icon of exposed status effect from 'No One Escapes Death' when the killer downed a survivor after generator repairs were completed (exit gates powered up)
Steps:
- 4 Survivors spawn in the killer's shack of 'Family's Residence - Yamaoka Estate' map, playing against The Wraith having NOED. (I'm not sure whether he has addons related to terror radius / heartbeat equipped)
- Complete generator repairs. At the time it completes, one survivor is already injured.
- The killer downs the injured survivor. Only the 'Hexed' status icon appears on the right of the screen, no sounds / visual effects and status icon of exposed status effect.
