Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Description: Survivor Rank did not reset despite not playing for a few months. I thought it was a visual error at first but I am still being placed in matches with other high level survivors/killers. I have tried restarting and even validated the game files (through steam) with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Steps: after updating my game I logged on and did not receive a rank reset
Frequency: every time I launch the game
