[PS4] PERFORMANCE DROPS IN POST-GAME MENU

I play on a PS4 Pro, and I always get a huge FPS drop for 4-6 seconds after the game ends and the post-game menu shows up.
The post-game menu also receives big FPS drops frequently when left on, the game looks frozen for 4-6 seconds when this happens.
edit: tried making this report in Optimization but it ended up here.
