Can't Reveal Ghostface

I was playing a game today, and the ghostface was stalking me in the total open, without leaning or anything. I stare at him for like 10 or so seconds, without even the reveal sound effect, until I get exposed and then downed. I was absolutely within the 32 meter range and looking at his whole body (he wasn't leaning) and I even brought my character model to face his but he wouldn't get revealed. Please fix.
