IRON WILL
Iron will won't activate when injured. Usually happens when I'm playing against The Spirit. We all know that's the only perk that can counter this killer. I've seen this report awhile ago and it still hasn't been fixed.
INFINITE BLINDNESS EXPLOIT
I think this is an issue for teleporting killers. I was playing as The Spirit and Freddy when I noticed this exploit is still around. Survivors are trying to catch me when I'm phasing with the flashlight so they would profit of this exploit. Literally game breaking!
