Perk to Tell When Your Aura is Revealed
With the ever increasing amount of perks that reveal a survivor's aura to the killer and basically no way to stop it (yes, there is sole survivor, but that is situational and is alright at best, and yes there is hiding behind a gen if you can position yourself just right), my idea would be to add a noise indicator, something like Spine Chill when your aura is revealed.
I could see adding this to Spine Chill or Small Game. It could be tricky to use an added ability like this on Spine Chill or Small Game, since it would be tough to distinguish whether the the normal perk activated or if the survivors aura is exposed, so that could make it more of a skill perk than a straight buff. Plus it has a reasonable tie in with the idea of what Spine Chill implies and Small Game since the survivor is being hunted. Plus it would get these perks more love.
It was interesting to try to mind game BBQ, but with the influx of aura reading survivors can spend half the game mind-gaming themselves. It is to the point where it is almost not worth mind gaming since your aura can likely be revealed in one way or another.
It would not stop the aura reading, but there is at least some feedback.

Would be extremely strong in top level play and pretty much nullify killers aura reading perks. Assume killers have the meta, not everything should be handfisted and survivors should stay vigilant. It isnt impossible and just knowing the perks exist and if they are meta, assume they have the perks. It's not difficult. Also instear of looking at possible oh god killers see everything now! Look at the realistic actual build, bbq or bittermurmor, they take the same slot. If you have spine chill and they come for you after a gen is done or after someone is hooked you still have 36 meter difference and can act accordingly. Spine chill already lets you know. Healing in the radius and spine chill goes off? You already know.0
