stuck in exit gate wall

I healed another player from the downed state who was against the exit gate wall and once the other player was healed I got stuck in the corner of the exit gate on lampkin lane. eventually I was forced to disconnect from the game as even the killer could not hit me.
this has only happened once but I am reporting it as it should not happen (obviously)
