How about give Wraith ability to attack from stealth, but after injure wraith force to uncloak, similar like stun from nurs after blink. After that Wraith can start the chaise or cloak again. In that case Wraith still vulnerable to flashlight and can be countered by spinechill. What you think, ability attack from invisiblety but with temporarily slowdown after hit would help Wraith or it would be even wroster then now?

He should absolutely be able to strike from invisiblity
god forbid he might actually become viable if they did this0 -
Striking, I don’t think so. Remember that he moves faster when cloaked, so if this was an actual thing, Wraiths would be cloaked the entire match to strike.
Interrupting Survivor actions, on the other hand - such as when they’re repairing generators, breaking totems, etc - would be great.
It’d give Survivors a reason to watch their surroundings carefully when done by any of these actions, lest they be pulled straight off.
The Wraith can pull Survivors out of lockers while cloaked and he straight-up automatically uncloaks. Why can’t he pull them off generators or totems and do the same thing?
That also applies to Freddy, who instantly puts a Survivor in Dream State when he pulls them out of lockers.
This would be a good start for both Killers.1 -
