Was on a corn map (sorry, cannot remember which, cowshed I think).
Used static blast shortly after hooking a survivor, near a Gen and a fire barrel, got several screams, and then all sound went out in my left headphone.
Sound the the headphone came back when tabbing out of game. Sound lost when tabbing back in.
Left headphone sound returned in game a minute or two later.
