Head on does not work on nurse

Summary:
When a survivor use head on after the nurse blink exhausted animation, head on perk won't stun her but exhaustion timer shows up.
Description:
I've tried this many times and it always happens. Keep in mind that this occurs after the nurse blink exhaustion animation ends and the fact that after i tried to stun her, my own exhaustion timer activated means that she wasn't out of range and she should have been stunned.
Occurs in public matches.
