What perks should I run for a gen camping build?

I want to take a break from maining survivor, and get good with killers.
But I want to use the actual effective and fair way to camp, and that is gen camping.
I have had matches where the killer did it, and one to no one ever escaped, plus it racks up a lot of points.
Hook camping is toxic and is luck based pretty much, I ain't giving in to dat.

I want to use doctor, so I'm assuming I should run "Over charge, Unnerving Presence, Hex Lullaby, and Overwhelming Presence or Distressing"? Like a no skill check thing? or I could be thinking this all wrong and might be using a bad killer for this.

I'd like some help, any tips, and such?

    I don't really play Doctor.

But if you want to camp gens, then I'd say go with: Ruin, Distressing, and Overwhelming Presence as the main three.

For the fourth, it's up to you. Pop Goes The Weasel can help stall even more. Of course, a chase perk like Brutal Strength I think is extremely valuable as well.

    Hm...Okay thank you.
I didn't even consider Ruin, I think Ruin though might come down to if the survivors can find the totem though.
But hey, I might be able to catch all the survivors if I play right.
