Finding Lobby Problem

It's took so long to find lobby when I play as survivor with my friends as a team (at least 5 minutes), and when I find the lobby, either I or my friends will get into the lobby.
Also, I usually get Rank Update Error message, and now I got an Unknown Error message too!
