Plague loadout?
Can anyone let me know a good plague build? I just leveled her up I'm a red rank, i was thinking Dying Light, Thana, Pop, & Corrupt. What do you think?

Blood Echo is a very good perk on Plague, provided the Survivors don't cleanse. If they do, you won't need the perk, but if they don't it's also useful. You're at the rank where most people don't cleanse, so that's a good choice. Pop is also great, but I wouldn't run 4 slowdown perks. It's just not worth it. Pop by itself is fine. If you want to start chases fast, use BBQ for the bloodpoints and the auras. Dying Light isn't that good. Thana is also a very good choice on a Killer like Plague. It forces them to cleanse or do everything slower, both of which will benefit you. I'd personally run Thanataphobia, Blood Echo, BBQ, and Pop. You can't rely on Thana by itself after a few Survivors have died, so Pop lets you slow down after. BBQ for BP and map knowledge.

Dying Light is good on Plague though. Like Blood Echo, it relies on Survivors not cleansing. The Obsession can't use their healing bonus if everyone's broken.

Corrupt itnervention, noed, tanato, any perk you want
this is the best build for her

That's actually the exact build I was going to suggest, it covers all your bases, it's effective in the end-game, and Corrupt + Pop is a pretty strong combo in itself, so adding Dying Light WITH Thanatophobia (since Plague can keep everyone in the injured state for most of the game) and that's a recipe for disaster.
You can experiment with Blood Echo WHILE also applying Thanatophobia with it, but the build you're already rolling with is pretty meta, do it's good enough to get the job done at Red Rank. If you want to maximize your BPs output, than you can swap Pop out for BBQ & Chili. It's a good aura reading perk AND it gives you another 100% bonus BP gain with the active Bloodrush going on.

This may seem weird, but my loadout that always does the trick is this:
*BBQ and Chili: Sweet sweet BP bonuses and aura revealing
*Distressing: Good for when survs don't cleanse and you need deviousness BP. Also they start to become desensitized to your radius and become more bold.
*Thanataphobia: Very good for when survivors don't cleanse, pushes them to do so.
And for your last perk, I'd suggest any of these three:
*Surge: Good for breaking gens and regressing, oddly more of a good luck charm for me when I play killer.
*Hex: Ruin: It's ok to use but I wouldn't really suggest relying on a hex
*Corrupt Intervention: Very good to get some infections before the game really begins

Those perks aren't bad. Thanatophobia and Corrupt Intervention are particularly good on Plague. Other options to consider are meta perks like BBQ and PGTW, which are good on any killer, and her other teachable perks, which are actually quite good on her - Infectious Fright in particular.

I run BBQ, Corrupt Intervention, Spies from the shadows and Monitor&Abuse and I'm always very successful with that.
