Today's Bug - Teleporting and this other bug/

I've seen a bug where killers are suddenly appearing behind the survivors despite being far away (no, not a nurse or spirit) as well as this issue happening here. At least everyone today is being helpful and respectful to one another. I thought I should report this is occuring from the recent patch. I've also seen tons of stuttering from the game.
