Myers Stalk and possible reason why it's bugged

I am posting this on behalf of the entire community.
Otzdarza posted a new video where he shows multiple example of the stalk not working in various situation through normal gameplay. (I encourage you to watch the whole video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcbqTqI4EdI)
However, if you go to ~29:58, you will see that he is trying to stalk someone in front of him but in reality is stalking someone BEHIND him. This tells me that whatever "cone/camera" is used to detect a player to stalk is not being tracked to the front facing camera at all times. Hopefully this helps pinpoint the issue for you guys to fix as it has been a problem for months now.
