Request: New Licensed Killer: Weeping Angels from Doctor Who

Ideas that can be used or disregarded:

  • Map starts with 15-25 Weeping Angel Statues scattered across the map based on the map size
  • The player in the Killer role can control any of these statues at any time, but only 1 at a time
  • The survivors can prevent the killer from moving by keeping a statue in their field of vision. Working on a generator may suffer skill check penalties due to lack of focus/distracted by statue.
  • The killer can move incredibly quickly while unobserved.
  • The survivor "Blindness" affliction may have some interaction with this killer's ability to move or not move.

The only problem I can foresee is reliably being able to transport victims to a hook. Even assuming a downed survivor is rendered unable to see the Angel due to blood in their eyes, what happens when someone tries to flashlight save? Or what happens when a killer is unable to move while they have a survivor on their shoulder due to being observed by another survivor?

Thoughts?

I think they're only interested in doing recognizable killers if they're pursuing licenses. The main point of licensed killers is to get fans of the franchise to play the game. Not saying Doctor Who isn't big, but it's not horror. They look cool, though, even if I'm not into Doctor Who, per se.

Sounds cool but riddled with problems I haven't even thought of yet.

I was just going to say why not give a wheeping angle cosmetic for nurse since she can blink.
But you idea could work, I think though the reeeeeeallly strong gimmic would be is that the angles summon the entity. In short they would replace the hooks, so when they get caught, it will count like a hook, but survivors can save them (because it wouldn't be fair if they couldn't and lore wise the entity needs hope) but only when the one playing killer is someone else, entity summoning time would have to be decreased and require maybe more then 3 to sacrifice a survivor.

Maybe it could be its own game mode or something like that, but I do see it working.
