Can't play survivor on ps4

After the recent update I just can't even log into the menu with the perks etc as a survivor 😅 But as a killer everything works just fine so why does that happen on the ps4? Tried it yesterday...restarted a lot of times and it still doesn't work so I'm basically forced into playing killer now or else I will miss out on bp .-.
