New survivor's offering : copycat

I would like to have a new ultra-rare offering for survivors.
This new offering will disguise your survivor as one of all existing killers (but smaller obviously...). This offering will only give the survivor a new cosmetic for this match (no bonus given).
I believe that would be really fun to scare my teamates with a Micheal Myers costume 
Why not introduicing it for halloween events as a limited-time offering?

Okay I won't lie that would be pretty funny. If it gives no bonuses and just change the look then in my personal opinion it can't be all that bad.1
