Ranger Medkits (Purple) Charges are Bugged
Platform: PC
Description: Using a plain Ranger Medkit will not completely heal you twice, even though it should be able to because it has 32 charges. Also, the great skillcheck sizes are far SMALLER than they should be. The description reads that it moderately increases the "bonus zones" (AKA the great skillchecks) but it actually makes them super tiny.
Steps to reproduce: Simply heal twice with a Ranger Medkit without using any item efficiency perks or use any addons and you can see how the medkit will be used up before being able to be healed twice. You will also see how tiny the great skillcheck zones are, when they are supposed to be much larger. NOTE: Hitting one great skillcheck does allow you to get the full second heal off, but because of how small the great zones are with this medkit, it's difficult to do so.
How Often: All the time, literally is a common occurrence whenever I want to use one, and now that addons disappear instead of you keeping them (you should be able to keep them) it's even more annoying now because I should be getting a full 2 heals out of it.

Oh yeah! I noticed it too. Its like a 0.25 missing charge to finish second heal.

Yeah, hopefully it's fixed in tomorrow's update, but I kinda doubt it will be.

why haven't you fixed the issue with the healing, if I have to explain what I mean by this then your either in competent or don't care you guys are really pathetic
