Sole Survivor not flashing when hiding aura.

Hello, I usually notice my sole survivor perk will flash while it is in use. In my past two games I noticed it wasn't working with Object of Obsession. I even had three stacks of Solo Survivor and still was getting no indication that my aura was hidden. I have video evidence of this taking place as well.
Hope to get this fixed!!!!
