The Match Management Option is available in a public lobby.
PLAT: PC
STEPS:
In a public lobby, ready up for a game
Cancel the search
option should appear
once you go into the ui of it, and click apply changes, it disappears

I've same problem, the survivor lobby more often has this issue :)
