Platform PC:
Description: red herring does not reactivate after cool down if you were working on a gen during cool down.
Repro steps:
As survivor equip red herring in any perk slot.
Activate red herring so it goes on cool down.
While on cool down continuously work on a gen until it comes off cool down. It will never reactivate.
Let go of gen and start working on it again and it will work again as normal.
