Description: sabateur goes on cool down even if unsuccessful in sabotaging a hook. So if you accidentally start sabotaging a hook instead of performing a heal action after rescuing from hook or get interrupted during you now have a cool down even though you really didn't use the perk.

Repro steps:

As survivor equip sabateur in any perk slot.

Begin the sabotage action without completing it.

Result: sabateur goes on cool down
