Legion sound issue

PS4, happens multiple times across several matches.
Upon starting feral frenzy, I hit a survivor but there is no sound indicating this. No slash sound, hit sound, no scream. Any other survivor I hit sounds right, the problem is only for the first one hit after starting the frenzy.
This will occur several times in a match, but does not happen EVERY time. Sometimes the first survivor hit sounds right. It may have to do with proximity, not sounding right when I hit a survivor immediately after starting frenzy.
The problem with this issue is that it’ll make me think I missed my attack. I stop running thinking I’m starting my stun until I realize it was just a sound bug. This costs me significant running time.
