Reaching Epilogue in The Archives.
I haven't completed a single level so to say so i don't know what happens when you reach the Epilogue. Does the level close, can i come back?

There's a lot of apparently conflicting information here, so just to clear things up: once you click the Epilogue node, you will receive the level completion charm and you will be able to move on to the next level in the Tome. If the corresponding Rift is still open, you will also receive ten Rift Fragments. Either way, you will still be able to go back and complete any unfinished challenges in that level, and collect any available rewards from doing so.

By clicking the Epilogue Node, you'll gain 10 Rift Fragments and open the next level. You are still able to complete challenges you haven't complete and they'll award the same rewards.

That's only half true. You can always go back to previous challenges to get their rewards, but when The Rift that corresponds with that Tome ends... Than the Rift Fragments from those old challenges will not be awarded to the player anymore, only the Blood-Point reward remains. So yes, you'll get the same rewards UNTIL the next Rift is released. After that, you're only given the BPs as a reward for completing past challenges.
My best advice is to do all the challenges you can/want to and you'll gain a "Rift Fragment boost" to your total level of Tiers. Most of the Rift Fragments come from just playing the game and getting the 800XP bonus, so the challenges are just a way to boost your total Rift Fragments.
