Rift Challenges Not Completing (XBOX ONE)

This has been happening for nearly 3 weeks now. I will complete a challenge (such as earning 2 iridescent emblems in one match as a survivor) and it will not count my progress or complete the challenge. It has happened multiple times, and I have a couple of screenshots to include.
These were for the silver and iridescent hero challenges in the archives.

I didn’t get iridescent hero either, but it looks like this match met the requirements
Ive been spending a bit of time on this challenge and this really sucks
